1. Staff Internal Sales
* Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, prepare accurate sales quotations and invoices, maintain pricing databases, and provide administrative support to the external sales team.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is required.
2. Staff Continuous Improvement
* Key Responsibilities: Drive operational excellence through Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies. Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and support problem-solving initiatives using PDCA and Root Cause Analysis.
* Requirements: Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with 7 QC Tools and a passion for manufacturing optimization.
3. Staff People Development
* Key Responsibilities: Manage competency matrices, analyze training requirements, and oversee KPI tracking to enhance individual and departmental performance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management. Strong analytical skills and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
4. Production Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Supervise shift-based production to ensure quality and delivery targets are met. Coordinate operators, monitor machine performance, and uphold IATF 16949 and K3 safety standards.
* Requirements: 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Strong leadership capabilities and experience with TPM and Lean principles.
5. Production Engineering Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of process engineers, mentor staff, and oversee technical accuracy in project deliverables. Champion initiatives to enhance plant reliability and yield.
* Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years of experience. Expertise in process simulation (Aspen HYSYS/ChemCAD) is highly preferred.
6. Engineering Process Manager

* Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is highly desirable.
7. Sales Supervisor
