We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles based in Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra.
1. Production Staff
This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and product quality on the manufacturing floor.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Experience: Prior experience in production or the snack manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of production processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities to ensure seamless coordination across production teams and inter-departmental workflows.
* Core Responsibilities: Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle and providing direct supervision to personnel (Manpower) within the production area.
* Location: Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra.
2. Internal Auditor Staff
We are looking for analytical professionals to uphold our governance, internal controls, and food safety standards.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, though candidates with backgrounds in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Management Economics are preferred.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, prior experience in auditing or the manufacturing industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Functional Expertise: Ability to collaborate with various departments to refine and update internal control policies.
* Compliance Awareness: Strong grasp of organizational regulations and industry-specific requirements for food manufacturing.
* Technical Knowledge: Fundamental familiarity with global food safety standards, including GHP, GMP, and ISO 9001.
