## Open Positions and Qualifications
1. Engineering Process Staff
* Location: Bitung, Tangerang
* Role: Drive production process improvements, execute corrective and preventive maintenance, and manage utility systems.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
* Proficiency in IoT, microcontrollers, and PLC.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and electrical engineering skills.
2. Internal Audit Section Head
* Location: Head Office, Pluit, North Jakarta
* Role: Lead audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting while ensuring compliance with GRC frameworks and OJK regulations.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* 5+ years of audit experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
* Certified with Brevet A & B.
* Expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and internal controls. Mandarin language proficiency is a distinct advantage.
3. Internal Audit Staff
* Location: Head Office, Pluit, North Jakarta
* Role: Execute audit procedures to verify operational, financial, and compliance standards.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Minimum GPA 3.00).
* Brevet A & B certification is mandatory.

4. IT Infrastructure & Security
* Location: Bitung, Curug, Tangerang
* Role: Maintain network integrity, server performance, and security systems while providing technical incident management.
* Requirements:
* Diploma (D3) in Computer Science or IT.
* 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, network management, and familiarity with MikroTik/Cisco products.
5. PPIC Manager
* Location: Manufacturing Facility
* Role: Manage production scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain data analysis to optimize efficiency.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing setting.
* Advanced proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle) and Excel.
6. Production Manager
* Location: Curug, Tangerang
* Role: Oversee work plans, control product quality, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing targets.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
* 4–5 years of experience in automotive or heavy equipment manufacturing.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage both short and long-term production cycles.
7. Salesman
* Location: Surabaya
* Role: Drive sales growth and maintain high standards of customer service in the automotive market.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Senior High School (SLTA) graduate.
* At least 1 year of sales experience within the automotive industry.
