Core Responsibilities
* Incoming Goods: Unload trucks using a forklift, verify shipment quantities against invoices and packing lists, inspect packaging for visual damages, perform goods receipts in SAP POE, and handle document filing.
* Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC): Supply components and supporting materials, prepare daily production schedules in SAP, conduct monthly or ad-hoc inventory counts, maintain warehouse layout integrity, ensure FIFO compliance, and troubleshoot SAP POE system errors.
* Delivery Management: Download daily orders, print delivery notes, transport pallets to repacking areas, convert plastic box packaging to carton boxes, prepare pallets for auditing, wrap and strap shipments, stage items in loading zones, and execute goods issues in SAP POE.
* Internal Milkrun Operations: Manage scheduled cycle times, update Kanban and Heijunka boards, handle raw material and finished goods handling, manage empty returnable boxes, and complete product audit checklists.
* Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Perform pre-operation safety checks for forklifts, pallet stackers, and hand trucks, conduct routine maintenance, manage equipment charging, and keep machinery clean.
* System Applications: Utilize Microsoft Office, SAP POE, SAP PA5, Power BI, and SketchUp daily.
Candidate Requirements
