Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Air Conditioning (AC), Welding, Automotive, or Heavy Equipment.
* Personal Traits: Highly independent, deeply responsible, possessing strong communication skills, excellent teamwork abilities, adaptability, and high personal integrity.
* Working Environment: Comfortable thriving in a remote operational setting.
* Geographical Commitment: Fully willing to be stationed on-site at Sungai Guntung, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province.
