* Mill Manager: Requires 4+ years of experience in mill management and a diploma in Engineering or related fields. Must excel in troubleshooting and production optimization.
* Assistant Process: Diploma in Engineering/Agriculture with 2+ years of experience in CPO and PKO processing.
* Assistant Maintenance: Diploma in Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience in mill maintenance.
* KTU (Head of Administration): Diploma in Accounting/Economics with 2+ years of experience managing mill finances, warehouse, and administration.
* Assistant (Jr) K3 & Environment: Diploma in Environmental/Industrial Engineering. Requires active K3 certification and expertise in waste management.
* Assistant (Jr) Procurement: Diploma in Agriculture, Economics, or Law with 2+ years of experience in negotiation and supply chain.
* Staff General Affair: S1 degree holder with 1 year of experience in asset management and licensing.
* Supervisor Laboratory: Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in quality control and oil extraction.
## Administrative and Support Staff

* Cashier & Payroll: D3/S1 Economics with 2+ years of experience in financial operations and salary reporting.
* General Clerk & Admin: High school graduate with 2+ years of experience and proficiency in MS Office.
* Analis: Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 1 year of experience in laboratory QC.
## Operational, Technical, and Field Roles

Technical & Mechanical Trades
