* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechatronics) from a recognized university.
* Academic Requirement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Fresh graduates up to 26 years old.
* Preferred Experience: Prior exposure to Production, Engineering, PPIC, Quality Control, Warehouse, or Maintenance departments within the manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
