## Role Overview: Quality Control Operator
The Quality Control Operator plays a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of manufacturing excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that every batch produced aligns perfectly with our quality benchmarks, guaranteeing consistency and reliability for our global client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Quality Assurance: Rigorously test and compare production samples against established standards to ensure uniformity.
* Corrective Action: Analyze discrepancies and provide corrective formulations whenever production samples fall short of defined quality specifications.
* Process Compliance: Strictly adhere to established operational procedures in alignment with ISO quality management systems.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain precise records and documentation to support the integrity of the production line.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, resilient, and ready to contribute to our fast-paced production environment. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male, aged between 21 and 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum of a High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Vision: Must possess perfect color perception (no color blindness).
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a QC role; prior experience within a masterbatch manufacturing company is highly advantageous.
* Technical Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to think critically under pressure.
* Soft Skills: High attention to detail, physical agility, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Availability: Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule.
* Location: Must be willing to work at our facility in the Delta Silicon Industrial Park, Cikarang Pusat.
