We are currently expanding our Corporate Secretariat Division and Marketing Communications Department. We are looking for talented, creative, and driven professionals to join our team in Jakarta.
## 1. Brand Activation Staff
The Brand Activation Staff plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and digital presence of PT Pelni. We are looking for a storyteller who can translate our maritime legacy into engaging modern content.
General Requirements
* Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Maximum age of 30 years.
* Must submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a mandatory professional portfolio.
Key Qualifications
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
* At least one year of professional experience in graphic design, videography, or content creation (exceptional fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
* Proficiency in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
* Technical competence in operating equipment such as DSLRs, Mirrorless cameras, drones, and stabilizers.
* Expertise in creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or mobile-first tools like CapCut.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creative integrity.
Preferred Assets
* Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
* Skills in motion graphics and animation.
* Strong copywriting capabilities for promotional materials.
## 2. Customer Relations Staff – Marketing Communications
Our Customer Relations team is the face of our brand. We seek individuals with a passion for public relations and strategic communication to foster strong connections with our diverse passenger base and stakeholders.
General Requirements
* Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Maximum age of 30 years.
* Must submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Key Qualifications
* Minimum S1 degree in Communication Studies, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or Business.
* At least one year of experience in Marketing Communications, PR, or Customer Relations (relevant internship or organizational experience for fresh graduates is highly valued).
* Deep understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional reporting and presentation.
* A diplomatic approach to building relationships with media, partners, and customers.
* Strong public speaking and negotiation abilities.
* Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
Preferred Assets
* Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience (CX) strategies.
* Prior experience in managing events, sponsorships, or brand activations.
* Ability to perform basic digital content creation and social media sentiment analysis.
