About the Opportunity

We are actively hunting for a curious, highly motivated individual to integrate into our Manufacturing division as a Production-focused Management Trainee.
This position delivers immersive, hands-on exposure, allowing you to partner closely with expansive operations groups and cross-functional departments. Your objectives will include refining production workflows, boosting manufacturing efficiency, maximizing cost savings, and safeguarding product quality and safety while strictly upholding rigorous occupational safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end production workflows and oversee daily operational activities.
* Drive the successful implementation of Lean manufacturing methodologies and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.
* Evaluate production metrics and downtime trends to formulate actionable operational enhancements.
* Assist in shift supervision and cross-shift operational coordination.
