Production Technician Role
The Production Technician position is vital to maintaining our operational efficiency and product quality. We are looking for candidates who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the manufacturing sector.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; experienced candidates with up to 5 years of relevant background are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of production machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
* Operational Skills: Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process parameters.
* Leadership & Mindset: Strong fundamental leadership skills to guide helpers, a team-oriented mindset, and a disciplined approach to shift-based work.
* Operate and monitor production machinery in strict accordance with established SOPs.
* Maintain optimal process stability to ensure consistent high-quality output.
* Execute machine setups, changeovers, and perform basic troubleshooting as required.
* Supervise and direct support staff to meet daily production targets.
* Uphold the highest standards of safety, health, and environment (K3), as well as 5S workplace organizational methodology.
