FGDP Fuel & Logistics
As an FGDP participant in the Fuel and Logistics division, you will undergo intensive training and hands-on experience to master supply chain management, inventory tracking, and operational efficiency within a remote mining environment.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure a strong fit for our fast-paced operational demands, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor (D4) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other closely related disciplines.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 0 to 2 years of professional working experience.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Age Limit: Generally between 22 and 27 years old.
* Availability: Willing to be placed at remote mine sites or project locations across Kalimantan.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data management.
Essential Competencies
* Proven ability to monitor fuel consumption, inventory levels, and material supplies accurately.
* Strong data analytics capabilities using advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, logical IF statements, COUNTIFS, and the ability to build basic operational dashboards.
