Key Qualifications
To be considered for the Production Operator role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma degree (D3) in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Technical Aptitude: Possess strong foundational technical skills and an uncompromising attention to detail.
* Work Ethic: Demonstrate a hands-on approach, disciplined work habits, and the ability to strictly adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Professional Competencies: Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
* Preferred Experience: Previous working experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting is considered a significant advantage.
