As a Training Center Staff member, you will play a vital role in nurturing our human capital, ensuring that our workforce remains competent, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Open to male and female candidates holding at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, with a specific focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
* Core Competencies: Capable of conducting comprehensive Training Need Analysis (TNA), designing employee development programs, and managing collaborations with external trainers and vendors.

* Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid General K3 / K3 Kemnaker certification.
* Core Competencies: Deep understanding of workplace safety regulations, environmental compliance, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards. Capable of performing hazard identification, risk assessments, and regular safety patrols.
* Administrative Skills: Skilled in drafting detailed HSE reports, conducting workplace inspections, and utilizing Microsoft Office suite tools efficiently.
