## Job Position: Warehouse Staff
The Warehouse Staff member plays a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless flow of raw materials and inventory, ensuring that supply chain operations support overarching corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Inventory Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of raw materials—including receiving, storage, and dispatch—strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
* Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular stock opnames and cycle counts to maintain absolute inventory precision and reconcile any discrepancies.
* Compliance & Safety Standards: Ensure all material storage protocols comply rigorously with standard operating procedures, GMP, HACCP, Halal certification, and occupational health and safety (K3) regulations.
* Team Leadership: Supervise forklift operators and general workers, delegating daily tasks efficiently to maximize productivity.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and well-structured warehouse environment at all times.
* Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record and report all warehouse activities, inventory movements, and stock variances.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QA, and QC departments regarding material availability and requirements.
* Performance Targets: Drive daily warehouse operations to successfully meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the enterprise.
Candidate Qualifications
