## Key Program Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be fully immersed in our organizational ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities during the program include:

## Required Qualifications for Applicants
To maintain our high standards of quality and innovation, we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree from a university with a minimum accreditation of “Baik Sekali.” Candidates from overseas universities are highly encouraged to apply.
* Academic Majors: We are recruiting graduates from the following disciplines:
* Engineering: Industrial, Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical, Electrical (High & Low Voltage), Mechanical, and Environmental.
* Business & Support: Accounting, Law, and Finance/Business Management.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory, supported by a minimum TOEFL score of 500 or its equivalent.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates, though individuals with up to three years of relevant professional experience will be prioritized.
* Commitment & Flexibility: Applicants must demonstrate a strong dedication to completing the program and be willing to be stationed in Cilegon (Plant Site) or Jakarta (Sales & Marketing), depending on organizational requirements.
