In conjunction with the 2025 UNPAD Career Fair, PT KAI is opening recruitment opportunities for various critical positions, including Conductors, Assistant PPKA, Train Drivers, and technical maintenance roles for rail infrastructure and signaling systems.
## Key Recruitment Positions
The company is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following specialized formations:
* Conductors
* Assistant PPKA (Train Dispatcher Assistants)
* Train Drivers
* Rail and Bridge Maintenance Technicians
* Signaling and Telecommunications (Sintelis) Maintenance Technicians
* Facility Maintenance Technicians
## Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Health: Physically and mentally fit to perform duties.
* Academic Credentials:
* D3 Degree: Minimum GPA of 3.0 with a study program accreditation of at least "B" (Good) from BAN-PT.
* D4/S1 Degree: Minimum GPA of 3.0 with an accreditation of "A" (Excellent) from BAN-PT.
* Age Limits (as of August 20, 2025):
* D3 graduates: 20 to 27 years old.
* D4/S1 graduates: 21 to 30 years old.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must meet specific height and weight standards depending on the chosen role:
1. Conductor (D3): Men (min. 163 cm), Women (min. 160 cm).
2. Assistant PPKA & Driver (D3): Men (min. 163 cm).
3. Rail/Bridge Maintenance (D3): Men (min. 160 cm).
4. Signaling Maintenance (D3/D4/S1): Men (min. 160 cm), Women (min. 155 cm).
5. Facility Maintenance (D4/S1): Men (min. 160 cm).
## Required Documentation
Applicants must prepare the following documents for the selection process:
* Recent passport-sized photograph and professional Curriculum Vitae (CV).
* Original or legalized copy of diploma/graduation certificate (SKL) and academic transcripts.
* Copy of valid National ID Card (KTP).
* Documentation of study program accreditation.
* English Language Proficiency Certificate:
* D3 level: TOEFL ITP (400), TOEFL PBT/iBT (32), TOEIC (345), or IELTS (4.5).
* D4/S1 level: TOEFL ITP (500), TOEFL PBT/iBT (61), TOEIC (500), or IELTS (5.5).
