## Job Role: Production Operator – FCT (Functional Circuit Test) Fusebox
As a Production Operator focusing on FCT Fusebox testing, you will play a critical role on our manufacturing floor. Your daily contributions directly impact our commitment to delivering flawless automotive components to our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
* Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
* Line Changeovers: Manage seamless line changeovers during product type transitions while proactively restocking components and raw materials to consistently hit daily production targets.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular, meticulous inspections of printed circuit board (PCB) printing and assembly outcomes to proactively eliminate defects and minimize rejection rates.
* Troubleshooting: Perform initial diagnostics and basic debugging when machinery encounters minor operational errors, alongside assisting with scheduled preventive maintenance routines.
* Workplace Standards: Rigorously uphold the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across your designated workspace and production line.
* General Duties: Execute additional operational instructions and tasks delegated by line leaders or supervisors to maintain optimal workflow efficiency.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), with a strong preference for graduates from Electrical or Electronic Engineering majors.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Fusebox Functional Circuit Test (FCT) operations or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
* Technical Knowledge: High familiarity with SMT electronic materials, coupled with a demonstrated background in electronic product manufacturing, assembly, and soldering techniques.
* Skillset: Proven proficiency in operating SMT machinery and performing manual electronic soldering.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to function seamlessly both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
* Work Ethic: High level of precision, acute attention to detail, and the capability to consistently meet strict production targets and deadlines.
