Open Positions
1. Mold Operator
* Requirements: High school diploma, minimum 1 year of experience in plastic injection, height at least 165cm, and under 28 years old.
* Responsibilities: Preventive mold maintenance, mold setup, and machine troubleshooting. Must be proficient in computer reporting.
2. Line Quality Control (QC)
* Requirements: High school diploma, minimum 1 year as QC in injection, strong leadership skills, and under 25 years old.
* Responsibilities: Creating inspection reports, managing quality complaints, and ensuring adherence to 5S and measurement instrument standards (calipers, torque).
3. Maintenance Technician
* Requirements: High school/vocational degree, under 40 years old, at least 1 year of experience.
* Responsibilities: Independent electrical installation, repair, and maintenance of factory equipment including injection machines, chillers, generators, and compressors.
4. Operator / QM Injection
* Requirements: High school diploma, under 28 years old, no vision impairments, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
* Responsibilities: Executing production schedules, managing 5S in the work area, separating NG/OK products, and preparing daily production reports according to SOPs.
5. Assembly Operator
* Requirements: High school/vocational degree, under 28 years old, non-color blind, no vision impairments, and 1 year of relevant experience.
* Responsibilities: Performing assembly tasks accurately and maintaining a disciplined approach to shift-based production requirements.
6. Accounting Specialist
* Requirements: D3/D4 degree in Accounting, at least 3 years of experience, under 30 years old.
* Responsibilities: Preparing monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow), handling tax audits and reporting, managing KPI activities, and implementing cost improvement strategies.
Essential Candidate Prerequisites
