## General Requirements for Applicants
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate technical proficiency and a deep understanding of the mining landscape. To be considered for these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
2. Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within the coal and nickel mining sectors.
3. Technical Certification: Possession of a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is highly preferred.
