1. Superintendent SCM & Superintendent Finance
* Role: Lead supply chain, material distribution, or financial oversight.
* Key Responsibilities: Optimize procurement, manage budgets, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain operational efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Finance, or Accounting; 3+ years of experience in a supervisory mining role; proficiency in SAP/Odoo and financial planning.
2. Engineering & Technical Supervision
* Supervisor Cost Control: Requires 2+ years of mining experience and Brevet A&B certification.
* Supervisor Mineplan Engineer: Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering; expertise in Surpac or MineSight; 3+ years of experience.
* Supervisor SHE: Focuses on safety and environmental compliance; must hold POP, K3, or SMKP certifications.
* Maintenance Planner: Requires S1 degree and expertise in project management software for heavy equipment scheduling.
3. Administrative & Operational Staff
* Finance & Accounting Staff: D3 in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years of experience, and strong analytical skills.
* Dispatch: Manage logistics and equipment scheduling; D3 degree and 1+ year of experience required.
* Surveyor: Focuses on topographic mapping; D3 in Geodesy, Civil Engineering, or Agriculture.
## Field Maintenance & Specialized Technical Roles

* Mechanic (A2B/DT): Heavy equipment repair (Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, etc.); 2+ years of experience.
* Auto Electrician: Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and AC for dump trucks and heavy machinery.
* Tyreman: Tire maintenance and inspection for heavy-duty mining vehicles.
* Welder: BNSP-certified (SMAW 3G+) with 2+ years of experience in structural mining repair.
## Heavy Equipment Operator Openings

* Production & Fuel Foremen: Supervisory roles for daily output and fuel logistics; requires strong leadership and safety compliance.
* Heavy Equipment Operators: We are hiring experienced operators for:
* Excavators (20t–80t)
* Grader, Dozer (D6/D85), and Compactor
* LGMG/SKT (Wheel Loader)
* Dump Truck (Hino 500/700)
* Support Vehicles: Water Truck, Fuel Truck, Lube Truck, and Articulated Dump Truck (ADT).
* Driver: Manhaul/Employee bus services.
Minimum SMA/SMK education; active SIM B2/B2 General license (SIO is a priority); minimum 2 years of relevant experience; willingness to work in remote sites.
