## Job Role: Recruitment Staff
As a member of our Human Resources team, you will play a vital role in identifying and securing the talent necessary to keep our global supply chain moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and finalizing placements.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and workforce gaps.
* Platform Management: Utilize job portals and social media channels to execute effective vacancy postings and employer branding.
* Candidate Experience: Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear, professional communication with prospective hires.
* Data Accuracy: Manage the recruitment database, prepare detailed hiring reports, and ensure compliance.
* Onboarding: Facilitate the transition of new hires into the organization to ensure seamless integration.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a recruitment function.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Excel, including the ability to utilize VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables effectively.
4. Skillset: Exceptional organizational capabilities, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
5. Industry Knowledge: A successful track record of filling key roles in a dynamic, high-pressure environment; prior experience in the logistics sector is considered a significant advantage.
6. Availability: Must be willing to work under a contract employment status and be ready to join the team immediately.
