## Leadership & Section Head Positions
We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our operational departments. These roles require deep technical expertise and strong management capabilities.
* Mechanical Maintenance Section Head: Requires a D3 in Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years in power/recovery plants, and proven RCA and reliability engineering skills.
* Recovery Plant Section Head: Requires a D3 in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years in recovery boiler processes, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
## Supervisor & Unit Head Roles
Our supervisory roles focus on optimizing performance, safety, and departmental efficiency.
* Electrical Planner: Proficiency in SAP and the ability to interpret electrical diagrams are essential.
