1. Workshop Manager (Kepala Bengkel)
The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficiency of our maintenance facilities, ensuring that our fleet remains in peak operational condition to meet project demands.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s or Diploma degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in workshop management or heavy equipment maintenance.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling, as well as complex troubleshooting for vehicles and machinery.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and coordinate mechanical teams to achieve operational targets.
* Compliance & Safety: Deep understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols and maintenance administration processes.
* Operational Proficiency: Must be able to operate heavy trucks and understand fundamental machine operation principles.
* Professional Attributes: Analytical mindset, disciplined work ethic, and a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of the company’s workshop locations.
2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Our mechanics are the backbone of our operational reliability, ensuring that our fleet of dump trucks and mixer trucks functions safely and efficiently on every job site.
* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically working with heavy vehicles, particularly Dump Trucks or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulic transmissions, braking systems, and heavy-duty vehicle components.
* Diagnostic Skills: Ability to perform thorough inspections, diagnose mechanical faults, and execute professional-grade repairs.
* Resource Management: Competence in utilizing workshop tools and diagnostic software, as well as identifying necessary spare parts for repairs.
* Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to K3 procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Team Dynamics: High attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a strong sense of accountability for the quality of work performed.
