Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

* Age: 20 to 24 years old
* Height Requirement: Minimum 155 cm
* Educational Background: High School (SMA / SMK) graduate or equivalent
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or fabrication company (strongly preferred)
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating blade machinery and working with precision measuring instruments, including microscopes, peak micrometers, and calipers
* Personal Attributes: Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and ready to join our team as soon as possible
