## Job Profile: HR Officer / HR Coordinator – Project
As an essential member of the project team, the HR Officer or Coordinator will oversee vital human resources functions, workforce management, and community relations at designated project sites. This position demands a proactive professional capable of balancing internal personnel administration with external stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities and Scope
* Managing day-to-day HR generalist operations and personnel administration at the project site.
* Handling labor administration while ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Fostering positive employee relations and resolving workplace grievances effectively.
* Serving as the primary liaison between the company, local communities, traditional leaders, and regional government representatives.
* Coordinating workforce mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this demanding project-based role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations specialist, Personnel & General Affairs officer, Public Relations practitioner, or in a similar capacity.
* Industry Background: Prior experience in construction, EPC, Oil & Gas, power generation, energy, mining, or other project-based sectors is strongly preferred.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR administration, employee relations, labor administration, and Indonesian labor legislation.
* Community Relations: Demonstrated experience in local social dynamics, community engagement, and managing relations with local community figures.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities for managing diverse stakeholders.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills for client meetings and project coordination.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
