This role is pivotal in ensuring our site documentation remains organized, accurate, and compliant with our high internal standards.
Core Responsibilities and Qualifications
We are looking for a professional who thrives in an administrative capacity and understands the rhythm of site-based project work. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in an administrative role; previous exposure to project administration is strongly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of computer systems, with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
* Administrative Knowledge: Familiarity with managing essential site documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Master Purchase Orders (Master PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Purchase Orders (PO), will be considered a significant advantage.
* Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, organized, responsible, and capable of maintaining systematic documentation flow.
* Location: Preference will be given to candidates who are local residents of Kolonodale or possess a valid KTP (National ID) from the Central Sulawesi region.
