## Role Overview
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be the backbone of our inventory management operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics data is accurate, organized, and readily available to support our fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on precision and are eager to contribute to a structured, high-volume manufacturing workplace.
## Key Responsibilities
In this position, your daily operations will involve:
* Managing the end-to-end administration of warehouse inventory.
* Documenting all incoming and outgoing shipments with high attention to detail.
* Maintaining organized and accurate digital records of stock levels.
* Collaborating with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth distribution workflows.
* Preparing periodic reports to track inventory efficiency and movement.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in warehouse administration is preferred; however, high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced command of Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
* Operational Requirements: Willingness to commit to a six-day work week.
* Location: Must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Karawang.
