Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Physical Requirements: Male, maximum 27 years of age, with a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Academic Background:
* For Agronomy Trainee: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* For Traction & Mill Engineering Trainees: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Processing (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Professional Requirements: Must be willing to participate in a comprehensive training program and commit to a three-year service bond.
* Experience: Previous internship or field experience in a palm oil plantation environment is required.
* Availability: Must be ready to join the team immediately.
