Available Positions
1. Staff Automation (AOT)
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
2. Staff Production (PROD)
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3. Staff Japanese Interpreter (JPN)
* Educational Requirement: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate with previous internship experience in Japan, or Bachelor’s/Diploma in Japanese Literature.
General Qualifications
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Technical Proficiency:
* For Staff Automation (AOT): Strong understanding of PLC, robotics, and digitalization.
* For Staff Production (PROD): Must be willing to work under a shift-based schedule.
* For Staff Japanese Interpreter (JPN): Possession of a JLPT N3 certificate or higher is mandatory.
* Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Academic Excellence: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Health: Must not be color blind.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive mindset.
* Availability: Willing to be stationed at the Jababeka industrial area in Cikarang, West Java.
