## General and Specific Candidate Requirements
To ensure our teams maintain the highest industry standards, applicants must meet the following criteria based on their desired positions:
* Industry Background: Prior experience within the mineral mining sector is strongly preferred for all roles.
* Experience Duration:
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant, hands-on experience in the same position is required for Supervisor levels and above.
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same role is required for Staff levels.
* Financial & Costing Expertise: Candidates applying for positions 4 through 6 and position 14 must demonstrate proven experience in financial reporting and cost accounting.
* COGS and COGM Mastery: A deep understanding and practical experience regarding Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) are mandatory for roles 6 and 14.
* External Auditing Background: Applicants for the Accounting Staff position (No. 4) will have an advantage if they possess past work experience as an external auditor.
* Technical Engineering Skills: The Civil Supervisor role (No. 8) requires demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, specifically concerning road construction projects.
* Regional Preferences: Candidates residing in Sulawesi are prioritized for the Legal Staff opening at the Penu Site (No. 17).
* Logistics and Finance Integration: The Luwuk Office Head position (No. 12) necessitates a versatile background encompassing both financial management and logistics oversight.
