## Program Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking exceptionally motivated individuals to join our 10th batch. To be eligible for the program, which includes a monthly gross compensation of IDR 10 million, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Experience Level: A recent graduate or a professional with no more than two years of work experience.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, IT, Finance, or Accounting.
* Communication Skills: Highly energetic with superior communication skills. Fluency in both English and Indonesian is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is considered a distinct advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of the Microsoft Office Suite, with a specific focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates with existing programming experience will be given priority.
* Analytical Mindset: You must possess a passion for data, an interest in professional business literature, and a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
