Production Department
1. Production Pharmacist: Requires an Apothecary Professional degree with expertise in sterile preparation, cGMP, and HACCP principles.
2. Production Operator: Open to vocational high school (SMK) graduates from any discipline who are detail-oriented and ready for shift work.
3. Production Staff: Requires a D3 or S1 degree in Pharmacy with strong leadership qualities and technical production oversight skills.
Quality and Process Control
4. Finished Product Analyst: Ideal for D3 Chemistry graduates skilled in laboratory instrumentation for quantitative and qualitative testing.
5. In-Process Control (IPC) Operator: Open to SMA/SMK graduates (Pharmacy/Science/Chemistry backgrounds) proficient in computer usage and process monitoring.
Technical and Engineering Roles
6. Mechanical & Electrical Engineer: Requires an S1 degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in PLC, sensors, and troubleshooting.
7. Maintenance Technician: For SMK graduates in Mechanical/Electrical engineering with at least 1 year of experience in AHU, chiller, and boiler maintenance.
8. AHU Technician: Requires SMK vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields, with specialized skills in welding and refrigeration systems.
9. Civil Admin & Executor: Requires a D3 degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, plus 2–3 years of experience and proficiency in MS Project.
