## 1. Civil Engineer Assistant Manager
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee and control all civil construction projects across operational sites; execute management-approved Capex Civil projects (local projects and maintenance); prepare project building sites in strict accordance with the master plan; compile accurate administrative reports and progress claims.
* Requirements: Minimum Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction; at least 5 years of experience as a Civil Assistant managing buildings, bridges, culverts, and roads within the palm oil plantation sector; strong grasp of basic building construction principles and EHS (Safety) systems; willingness to be placed in operational areas in Siais, North Sumatra and/or Ketapang, West Kalimantan.
## 2. External Affairs / Public Relations
* Key Responsibilities: Map, monitor, and analyze social conditions, risks, and government policies impacting operations; build and maintain positive relationships with local governments, law enforcement, communities, associations, NGOs, and the media; monitor and secure regional business permits; socialize corporate policies focused on human well-being and environmental preservation.

## 3. EHS & Fire Safety Coordinator
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor forest and land fire prevention (Fire Management); coordinate the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and firefighting unit; draft internal EHS work plans and monthly reports for management; inspect safety equipment monthly (PPE, APAR, First Aid kits, etc.); prepare environmental documentation for Green PROPER evaluations; monitor, test, and report environmental compliance via the SIMPEL web portal (Blue PROPER); investigate workplace accidents and implement corrective actions; ensure occupational health and environmental safety systems are strictly enforced.
