## Job Overview: Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff
We are actively searching for a detail-oriented and driven professional to join our finance division in Cikarang. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and possesses a sharp eye for financial accuracy.

## Core Responsibilities
As an integral part of our financial team, you will manage daily fiscal operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your day-to-day duties will encompass the following key areas:
* Cost Analysis & Reporting: Thoroughly examine and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) alongside conducting comprehensive reviews of internal financial statements.
* Transactional Management: Accurately record all accounts payable and receivable transactions, while preparing essential financial instruments such as invoices, receipts, and checks.
* Cash Flow & Reconciliation: Handle daily cash transactions, manage and reconcile petty cash funds, and perform routine bank reconciliations.
* Tax Compliance: Accurately calculate, prepare, and submit all necessary tax-related documents in a timely manner.
* Asset Control: Maintain rigorous oversight, control, and documentation of company assets.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit with our corporate culture and operational demands, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Attitude: A passionate female accountant who brings a positive, proactive attitude to the workplace.
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years of proven hands-on experience working as a Finance, Accounting, or Tax Staff member specifically within the manufacturing industry.
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years of age.
* Certifications & Skills: Must possess valid Brevet A, B, or C tax certifications. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.
* Language Advantage: Candidates with conversational or professional proficiency in the Japanese language will be given strong preference.
* Location Readiness: Must be fully willing to work on-site at our facility in Cikarang, West Java.
