* Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in maritime operations, preferably within the palm oil or related agro-industrial sector.
* Core Competencies:
* Demonstrated expertise in managing escort operations, anchoring procedures, and cargo loading/unloading processes.
* Strong foundation in maritime navigation principles and safety protocols.
* Proficiency in operating marine communication equipment, including VHF Radio, AIS, and GPS.
* Comprehensive understanding of tugboat escort Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Familiarity with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code and occupational health and safety standards (K3).
* Proven capability to draft detailed operational reports.
