1. Molecular Laboratory Research and Development
As a key player in our molecular division, you will spearhead advancements in DNA and molecular testing methodologies to safeguard product integrity.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize molecular test methods, spanning from initial technique selection and trial execution to precise data recording and validation report generation.
* Recommend optimal reagents and sophisticated laboratory equipment necessary for continuous methodological development.
* Conduct specialized trials for customer samples that fall outside the current scope of accreditation.
* Perform routine molecular analyses with strict adherence to quality protocols.
* Maintain optimal working conditions, ensure accurate calibration, and oversee meticulous record-keeping for all laboratory instruments and testing spaces.
* Manage the inventory, storage, and precise usage control of laboratory reagents and consumable materials.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.

* A minimum of 2 years of professional experience operating Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) and Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) equipment, alongside conducting heavy metal and mineral assays across complex matrices.
