As a Graduate Engineer, you will undergo two to three work rotations. These rotations are strategically crafted to broaden your business acumen while sharpening your technical expertise, allowing you to contribute to the safe extraction, processing, and distribution of resources.

We are currently seeking passionate graduates for the following key roles based in our Jakarta office:
1. Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical Engineers are the backbone of our operational excellence. You will oversee the maintenance, specification, and construction of mechanical systems, ensuring the integrity of both new facilities and existing assets.
* Core Responsibilities: Develop maintenance strategies, monitor equipment performance, and provide technical guidance on complex mechanical challenges.
2. Process and Process Safety Engineer (P&PS)
This role is vital for maintaining the safety and efficiency of our daily operations. You will act as a technical advisor for process workflows and safety protocols.
* Core Responsibilities: Monitor operating envelopes, manage technical changes (MOC), identify operational vulnerabilities, and conduct risk assessments to ensure safe and optimized performance through advanced technical calculations and simulations.
