* Managing administrative workflows for research projects and the IJAZ Journal.
* Assisting the Division Head and Director in specialized tasks.
* Must be Muslim.
* Minimum one year of experience in a related field.
* Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Economics, Statistics, Islamic Mathematics, or a related field.
* Age range: 20–30 years old.
* Proficiency in research tools, scientific writing, and English.
## 2. Protocol Staff
Protocol staff serve as the bridge for organizational mobility, ensuring that leadership activities are executed with professional precision and decorum.
* Agenda and Travel Facilitation: Coordinating daily schedules and managing logistics (flights, lodging, and security).
* Event Management: Overseeing event run-downs, rehearsals, and on-site execution.
* Public Relations and Etiquette: Managing guest arrivals, VVIP courtesies, and official representation.
* Seating and Logistics: Determining formal seating arrangements based on hierarchy and managing event technicalities.

* Conducting periodic legal socialization for Amil (Zakat collectors) across Indonesia.
* Maintaining strong institutional relations with law enforcement, the judiciary, and regulatory bodies.
* Must be Muslim.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum).
* Possession of a sworn advocate certificate (BAS) and a valid practice license.
* Extensive experience in corporate licensing and legal analysis.
## 4. International Fundraising and Global Partnerships Staff
This position is vital for expanding BAZNAS’s influence and financial reach through strategic international networking and donor engagement.
* Donor Mapping: Identifying and researching potential international partners and funding sources.
* Relationship Management: Drafting proposals, conducting presentations, and maintaining active correspondence with international donors.
* Fundraising Campaigns: Executing global fundraising initiatives for humanitarian and social programs across digital platforms.
