1. Administrative and Operational Roles
* Admin Production (Purwakarta): D3 degree holder with experience in SAP, responsible for maintaining production data, raw material consumption logs, and supporting cross-functional departments.
* Staff Continuous Improvement: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or process mapping.
* Recruitment Specialist (Bandung): Degree in Psychology. Manages end-to-end talent acquisition and fosters relationships with hiring managers.
* Staff Purchasing (Bandung): Business/Engineering degree required. Focuses on supply chain negotiation and SAP proficiency.
* Staff Accounting (Bandung): Accounting/Economics degree. Responsible for financial reporting and cash flow management within the SAP system.
* Mandarin Translator: Open to all majors, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
2. Information Technology (SAP Specialists)
* SAP ABAP Specialist: 3+ years of experience in full project lifecycle implementations; based in Bandung.
* SAP Functional Staff (SD, FICO, PP): Specialized roles for configuring and customizing S/4Hana modules. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
3. Engineering and Technical Maintenance
* Head of Utility (Purwakarta): 5–10 years of experience in industrial facility management (Boilers, HVAC, WWTP).
* Supervisor Maintenance (WJL & General): Focus on Water Jet Loom (WJL) systems, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
* Supervisor WWTP: Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering with experience in wastewater treatment operations.
* Project Manager: Experience in large-scale industrial construction and site management.
* Operator Roles: Production and Maintenance Operators (SMA/K level) for our Bandung and Purwakarta plants.
4. Education and Child Development (Yayasan Giscare)
We are seeking passionate educators to join our school foundations:
* Teachers: Kindergarten (PAUD/ECE degree), Mathematics, and Elementary School.
* Counselors: School Psychologist or Guidance & Counseling degree.
* Daycare Staff: High school graduates with experience in childcare and a compassionate approach to developmental needs.
5. Sales, Marketing, and Creative
* Head of Sales (Textile): Strategic leadership for our textile division.
* Sales and Marketing (Textile): S1 degree, fluent in English, with strong negotiation and time-management skills.
